Mount Olive College Admissions Application

To submit an application to our school, please complete the following form and select Submit Application.

Personal Information

You must provide your legal name as it appears on legal documents. The name provided will be used to create a username and password for your MyMOC account. It can only be changed by submitting a name change form to the location you plan to attend. If you go by another name, please provide it in the 'Preferred name/nickname' field. Be sure to notify Mount Olive College if your title or rank changes.

    Previous MOC Student - A student who has attended Mount Olive College and is returning after an absence of one or more terms (spring or fall).

    Visiting Student - A student enrolled at another institution who wishes to take courses at Mount Olive College.

Education History

List all educational institutions attended, regardless of credits earned or accreditation, and request official transcripts. High school or GED transcripts may or may not be required depending upon number of credit hours previously earned. Military training must also be listed and official transcripts submitted in order to receive transfer credit.

Applicants failing to report all institutions are subject to academic consequences as well as separation from the College.

Transcripts should be sent to the Mount Olive College location you plan to attend.

Mount Olive College reserves the right to refuse admission to any applicant, re-admission to any student, or to dismiss any student whose conduct is judged detrimental to the College program or community.
